1. Information we collect

Glow collects information that you provide directly, information generated while you use the service, and limited technical information needed to operate the product.

  • Account information such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and support messages.
  • User content such as uploaded photos, prompts, selected templates, generated images, generated videos, thumbnails, and generation history.
  • Purchase and entitlement information such as plan, credit balance, product identifiers, transaction state, and payment-provider receipts. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Device, browser, log, analytics, and diagnostic data such as IP-derived region, page events, app state, error events, and local storage identifiers.

2. How we use information

  • To authenticate your account, provide profile history, and keep your credits and subscription state in sync.
  • To process your uploaded photos and prompts into the AI images, edits, packs, and videos you request.
  • To process purchases, apply credits, handle refunds for failed generations when applicable, and manage subscription access.
  • To provide support, send account or service notices, prevent abuse, enforce usage rules, and improve performance and product quality.

3. AI processing and user content

When you start a generation, your uploaded image, prompt, selected template, and related metadata may be sent to AI processing, storage, and infrastructure providers so they can create the requested result. Do not upload photos or other content unless you have the right and consent to use them.

Generated results may be saved to your private account history so you can view, download, or reuse them. Uploaded source photos are generally retained only as needed to provide the service and are normally removed from our servers within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, support, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

4. Third-party service providers

We use third-party providers to operate Glow, including cloud hosting, Firebase authentication and storage, payment and entitlement systems, analytics tools, AI generation providers, email, and support services. These providers may process information for us only for service-related purposes.

5. Analytics, advertising, and local storage

Glow may use analytics and attribution tools, including event analytics, cookies, and local storage, to understand product usage, measure performance, debug issues, and improve the service. Browser settings may let you limit cookies or storage, but some features may not work correctly without them.

On the try.glowaiphoto.com purchase funnel, Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API are used automatically when measurement is enabled for the funnel. This measurement may include the Meta click and browser identifiers fbclid, _fbc, and _fbp; IP address and browser User-Agent; page, checkout, subscription, and purchase events; and the purchased product, value, and currency. Glow does not send uploaded photos, prompts, full payment details, or your raw email address to Meta through this funnel.

If Global Privacy Control is enabled, the funnel does not load Meta Pixel and revokes measurement on a restored purchase session so no new matching server-side conversion is sent. An explicit analytics opt-out saved by an earlier funnel version is also respected. Measurement already delivered to Meta cannot be recalled. For measured sessions, Meta identifiers and IP/User-Agent data are removed when delivery completes or becomes permanently undeliverable. Abandoned or temporarily failing session records become eligible for removal seven days after session expiry and are removed by the next scheduled cleanup. Redacted delivery-audit and transaction records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, accounting, or legal obligations.

6. Sharing and disclosure

  • We may share information with service providers that help us deliver Glow.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Glow, our users, or others.
  • We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for account security, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission, AI processing pipeline, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children

Glow is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as Glow changes or as legal requirements evolve. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or another appropriate channel.
